The talent bank at Hospitality Talent Scouts is a collection of candidate resumes and information on some of the best talent in the hospitality industry. From Chief Operating Officers to Front Line Managers, we have some of the best talent in the world in our Talent Bank. All have agreed to share their credentials with us based on our reputation and our Confidentiality Guarantee that we will never release a candidate's resume to a potential employer without their written permission.
We are very selective as to whom we choose to be placed in our Talent Bank. Of the thousands of resumes we receive monthly, only 5% of them will pass our rigorous standards and actually earn a place in our Talent Bank.
